Krill oil, like fish oil for omega 3, it is less likely to be rancid due to containing astaxanthin which a very strong anti-oxidant.
Astaxathin, an antioxidant that is so strong that it can stop sunburn if you megadose it.
Multivitamin’s, but try to get a really good source that is bio-available.
Nootropic stack: such as 5-htp, piracetam and alpha brain.
Creatine, useful for both the brain health and muscle building.
Glucosamine, MSM and chondrites for joint health.
