Stress is one of the major contributors to sickness. One of the worse types of stress is social stress. This comes from our tribal hierarchy mental evolution. It has been shown in chimpanzees to produce more cortisol and thus less muscle and more fat.

Work stress is another major contributor. Being under the pump all the time causes problems to occur. Working somewhere you love helps, as does not over working.


Being over stressed is just as bad as eating too much desserts.


There re two type of stress. E-Stress and Distress. E-stress is good stress like exercise and then there is bad stress (distress) work stress, social stress, toxin stress.
