What I eat:

Shake: Coconut cream, eggs, banana, peanut butter, whey protein,

Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, grilled cheese

Snack: Berries, fruit, nuts

Lunch: Chicken Salad

Juice: Fruit and Vegetable Juice – Freshly juiced by Breville Juicer

Dinner: Steak and vegetables
